    Stronghold workout time

How long should #2, 4, 5, 8 and 9 be, 30 or 60 secs? I think intuitively it's 60 secs but holds like these involve 2 sides, so maybe it's actually 30 secs?

    #2
Also, are the torso twists/ rotations in morning stretch, chest & lowerback stretch, upperbody stretch, and possibly others, static holds or dynamic rotation?

    Damer Thank you.

HellYeah yesterday I did 60, too, but the whole thing felt a bit too long. I don't know. The same format appears in some other stretch workout as well.

kandy it's 60 seconds and whenever there is a time element we have a static hold usually. Torso rotations are dynamic.

Damer Thanks! It's best to ask the creator.

But the one in morning stretch workout is static, right? Because the rest is all static, it's a bit weird if only that one is dynamic.

Yes, kandy that one is static because they are all static.

                Damer How about this one? I think #1, 6, 7, 8 are dynamic, and 2, 3 ,4, 5, 9 are static. Am I correct?

And I think 6 is dynamic because there are 2 persons there instead of 1 as in Morning Stretch.

It's time based but still there are dynamic moves. I am just confused

kandy this is a mix of dynamic and static exercises for posture. Your understanding of the illustrations is 100% correct. There are several teams involved in creating workouts. We are guided by the workout's aims usually. If you can understand the exercises required the job's done which is what we aim to do each time.
