    Hello guys, I'm very thin, so I'm doing the strength protocol training to gain muscle mass, but I'm a boxing fan and I also wanted to do the main boxing training, I wanted to know if I can do both training a day, I hope you can help me, and I'm sorry if I wrote something wrong, I don't speak English, I speak Portuguese.

    Strength Protocol is a very demanding prog. I would suggest to finish it and then look for new challenges. Gaining muscle is one thing, but your muscle is connected to tendons which are connected to joints and while your muscles grow, your tendons and joints have to keep up with that growth. So give them a chance to stay in the race and take it easy, you will need them for a lifetime.

      We don't know your body condition or your actual strength, but Strength Protocol and Boxer Prime are, together with Military Fit, the 3 hardest programs in the site, in my honest opinion.

      It would be pretty risky just mixing them with other programs, just imagine between them. Try to do them one at a time, or mix with addon core programs.
