    Hero's Journey - Exchange days

    Hello everyone,!

I'm new to this community so i'll make a little introduction to myself. I am a 29 year old male with overweight (not morbid, just overweight) on the 9th day of the Hero's Journey. So far so good, except for the fact after the 8th my left cuadricep feels a little bit tense. I thougt that may be I could exchange day 9 with 8 since that way i coudl give a rest to my legs. Is this a suitable option?

There are two ways to look at your question. The first is that the programs are designed over a decent time frame, and are already strong on rest days and allowing your body to recuperate.

On the other hand, I don't think that you will meet a single person on this site, staff included, who don't realize that life gets in the way sometimes. Especially when it comes to risk of injury, feel free to swap out days, or better yet just take a day off.

Darebee works on the honour system anyway, so you get to decide in the end if you have earned a badge for program completion, and only in rare or extreme cases has anyone been called out for it. That said, the ultimate arbiter of how to manage your workload has to be you.

Thanks a lot guys, I talked to a physiatrist too and suggested that I took a "light day" or 2 doing a lot of stretches and light cardio until I feeled confortable with going on with the program.I'm more concerned in not losing my little physical progress and motivation than earning the badge itself. As i said, so far it has been a very fun way to do some workout during the lockout/quarantine without using a pool where I used to swim.

Sorry if my english is not perfect and thanks a lot for the kind ans useful words.
