    Which meal plan is the best for Fighter's Codex?

    Hi, I want to start training using the Fighter's Codex program, but there's no meal plan provided with it. Is Modern Hero a good choice or should I go for something more protein-heavy?

    fingol31 I find works best more me. Carb = Energy and I use up a lot during this program. Pre-workout protein also does the job well.

      Fighter's Codex is a very energy-demanding program. If you are used to eat more, you are really going to suffer that Modern Hero plan.

      Your best choice would be trying them together for 2 or 3 days, and adjust as necessary. For me, personally speaking, I would to protein based snacks between the main meals, for example. But that is totally up to you.

      I never tried peanut butter before, I saw it as a filthy american/british demon, but I have found since I started lifting weights, that is almost the best snack possible if you can find a jar of it without sugar, haha.
