    Stretch and hold?

    Hello all,
    it’s saying 12 reps for a stretch and hold. Does this mean that I am just holding to a 12 count or going into the stretch 12 times?

    please advise. Thank you in advance!

    In the exercises called "stretch and hold", I understabd that you start from the first, pose and move to the second, holding the stretch for a moment, ...and back to the first. Repeat the sequence the times required. In fact, in "knee rolls" and "bridges", I did the same, keeping the stretch for a moment.
