Cardio or HIIT programs that make the least noise?

I'm still working from home, and I'm trying to get my workouts done in the middle of the day. Slight problem: my downstairs neighbor is home, and she is angry. I can hear her yelling at someone on the phone (either that or she's having a very long one-sided rageversation with her dog.) Any recommendations for a full body cardio or HIIT workout, normal difficulty, that involves the least possible amount of thumping or other noise-making floor impact? I have no desire to irritate the neighbor further.

To your question: there is a collection of silent workouts, maybe there is some workout which fits the bill: https://darebee.com/collections/silent-workouts.html

My downstairs neighbors are definitly nicer people than yours camwynya . I have a 2x1m x 2cm puzzlemat to darbee on. I skip rope on it and had no compliants so far. Here is a thread about horse trailer and rubber mats. Neighbors are tricky, but if you do something on your end like getting a mat, the old lady might not even hear you. You should not be restricted to 'tipi-toe' workouts (sorry Nebulus ) just because your downstairs neighbor had a tough day with her dog.

Andi64 No probs Andi, i just mentioned what was in the back of my mind regarding quiet workouts. I'm on your side, the path should be to find a way to do workouts as you like without getting the neighbors enraged
