  • What Next?

    I know that there is a question like this but it didn't give me enough answers. Anyway, I'm 12 yo and I'm on the 26th day of cardio trim run. I really like to run, and the cardio trim run program is perfect for me. Now that it's coming to an end, I don't know what I should do next. I don't want to stop running and I would just keep doing the program again and again, but I want to make sure I'm still pushing myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on programs, or training methods or really anything that I could do next.

    I am not a big runner myself, but there is a whole section of Darebee devoted to running.
