    Suggestions for next program?

    Currently on day 26 of Cardio/Trim. Thinking ahead to what comes next. Looking to keep toning and building cardio. Was considering maybe 30 Days of HIIT or Epic 5 or Full Circuit or maybe even 90 Days of Action.

    Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated.

    davidbrooklyn I haven't done Cardio Trim (I have done Cardio Trim Run) but I think that 90 Days of Action will not be very challenging, unless you want it as an add-on. The other choices seem good.

    Have you been to the program filter? Lots of good info there to make the right choice.

      LOved Cardio Trim. From there I did 60 Days of Cardio and 90 Days of Action together. That made for a really varied program. Some days were heavy intense cardio and others were just light cardio and intense strength training. It's kind of like expanding the pattern you are used to with Trim, where there is a cardio component and a circuit. I like that pattern, so I'm now adapting it as a basic design template for me workouts.
