    What is the best workout program on darebee to getting great results

    All the programs are best.. But what would be best for you?? so..

    from here https://darebee.com/pick-a-program.html you can pick the program that might keep you interested and motivated.

    Everyone here is there to support and motivate you through your journey.. so make a choice and start.. if you are a beginner you'll see results with any program.

    And I think your question is already answered and there is no point in framing the question differently.. there is no shortcut for anything.. you have to work for it and everything takes time.

      You had some good advice from vrsthe1

      If you're new and looking for somewhere to start then go for Foundation. You really can't go wrong with it. If you find it easy do 7 sets and have the minimum rest period. That will give you a general baseline. I lost 14 pounds in 30 days doing that and some sensible eating which I considered a great result.

      It all depends what your aim is. Lots of us can suggest programmes if you're struggling but we need to know what your goals are - general fitness, improve cardio, strength, lose weight, flexibility etc.

        All are the best one and all are worst one.
        Their judgment regard your goal(s) and whether they help to achieve it or not. This point is complex and many factors (e.g. time available, fitness level, workout planning) are related to it
