    When is the prep workouts extra credit executed?

    For example the "L-sit prep" extra credit that is to do more than 20 sec of it.
    Usually the EC is related to something inside the workout.

    Once you feel more confident move up to the L-Sit exercise and try holding it for 5, 10 and 15 seconds. The goal is to eventually hold it for a full minute.

    I understand, that you can try to perform the L-Sit as a final exercise into this WO, attemping do it everytime you'll feel confdent to perform it. Only when tou do it along the minimim time required, you'll get the EC.

      I also think that you perform it after you finish the workout within minimum time.

      Up to 2 minutes maybe? 30 sec? 5 minutes?

            Scorpion what Cabriel said. You perform the L-sit when ready. Most people in our trials only managed to hold if for 3 - 5 seconds. Do more than 20 and you get the EC.

              So after you did the workout do you have all the day?
              Can you do it before?

                Damer or do you do it once in your life, when you want, and every time that you do the WO you do also the EC?

                  Scorpion ideally you do it after the workout, which is what we intended to begin with. You can, of course, add some flexibility in that although, again ideally, each workout you do should stretch your abilities a little bit each time or, at the very least, not feel easy. I hope this helps.
