    Could you recommend some add-on program?

    I am beginning a new program "30 Days of Strength" today, but I feel like it might not be enough (don't know for sure until I try, but still). So could you recommend me some programs that could serve as a good add-ons to this one?
    P.S Maybe something not abs-oriented, since I am finishing Total Abs today and thinking about giving my abs a little rest)
    P.P.S. My goal is to gain weight, no to lose it, if this helps

    Maybe you could watch the challenges they are more targeted than programs and also less demanding, therefore perfect as extras

        Thank you for your answers, Fremen and Avatar ! I started the Power-Up program, it looks similar to Epic Five, I'll see how it feels after a week, and then maybe switch to Epic Five, and also I am definetly going to start some challenge, maybe 5 Minute Plank or 50 Burpees in one go

          "30DoS" is a good and demanding program. A challenge can be a good add-on, sure. Anyway "Core Strength" seems to be a good option for a program like you're going to start.
