ABS WITH ONLY SIT UPS AND LEG RAISES PLEASE HELP!

    hello everyone
I really want to have a nice six pack before july comes and i can't properly do other ab workouts because everytime i try them i can't keep my posture correctly so i decided to only do ab workouts that i can do properly.
my question to everybody is can i get a six pack in approximately 1 month by only doing these exercises?

i train my abs three times every day.
i do 3x40 sit ups and 3x20 leg raises every time i train.
I have been doing this for the past 3 weeks and i think i am getting results.

    thanks in advance!

lostsamurai could you get abs in 1 month with JUST sit ups and leg raises... no.

In order to SEE the abdominal muscles you need to be lean. To get lean you need to be in a caloric deficit (consume less calories than needed to maintain).

Sit ups and leg raises will BUILD the abdominal muscle but that's it. You need to do cardio and be in a caloric deficit to burn the fat that covers them.

So there are many ways to do this but the method I'm using is to multiply your goal weight by 12 (so if I want to weigh 154lb the the sum would look like this: 154x12 = 1,848).

Damer could probably give a better answer but I hope I helped.

Just curious: What is that number (1,848) supposed to be?

I'm assuming that Kakarot is referring to calories per day Andi64 ...if it's kj then the suggestion is pretty extreme!

TopNotch Nice! And thanks for the link.
I know this is off topic but the first thing I notice is the change of skin color. It's just the camera but there's one second I thought 20,000 crunches changed that.

By the way I don't think anyone should just randomly start doing 2k crunches every day without assessing his/ her own ability first. It's a lot.
