Hi davidbrooklyn I would do it as
- Start: (30 high knees + 30 march steps + 30 high knees + 30 march steps)
- move on to (30 jumping jacks + 30 step jacks + 30 jumping jacks + 30 step jacks)
- move on to (30 hops + 30 side steps + 30 hops + 30 side steps).
Rest, repeat as many times as the level says (or you want one or more of the trophies).
Actually looking at what Kanary wrote I think we've said the same thing in slightly different ways.

I think you've got it right.
The layout of this workout is that 1 set is:
30 high knees
30 march steps
30 high knees
30 march steps
30 jumping jacks
30 step jacks
30 jumping jack
30 step jacks
30 hop on spots
30 side to sides
30 hop on spots
30 side to sides
REST
(Unless you want the third trophy, in which case add an extra round of each combo before moving on.)

how do "combos" work?
Tomorrow I do Day 17 of Cardio/Trim
What are the "combos" in so much as what makes then different than just doing high knees, then march steps, then jumping jacks, etc. like other circuits?
Do I repeat the combo (i.e. High knees, then march step, then high knees again, then march steps again, then jumping jacks, etc)?
Assuming that is the case but was hoping someone could just confirm that for me, please.
Thanks.
