    HI Alchemist and Welcome to the Hive. Great to have you here. Your chances of getting an anwser to a question are much better, if you start a thread and not just post your question to a random thread somebody else started. Just curious: Has your condition (bracket foot) another name? Latin maybe? Google just comes up with furniture legs.

    It's an error, I can confirm. It should just say 20 reps x 2 sets.

    I just looked at it. The only way it could be left and then right is if you hold one leg in a straight up position and spread the other one to its side....? Like, hold your left leg straight up, and start with your right leg straight up along side it. Then one rep on the right would be to move the right leg out to the right in a V. It would take more Core to do that. Maybe I’m wrong, but.....I’ll tag Damer, or neilarey for more detail...

    The v-extensions say to do 1 set left side / 1 set right side. Perhaps I'm looking at it wrong, but it doesn't appear to be an exercise that works one side at a time. Can I get a little guidance on how that exercise is done? Thanks in advance!
