    Excersices question- 60 days of Cardio

    Hi Y'all!

    I found this site recently and really like it, I have maybe a dumb question, im doing 60 days of cardio and the last few days I have been wondering, what makes a rep of an excersice? What I mean is on day 12 for example it says to do 10 climbers, would moving one leg in front be a climber or would moving both legs once be 1 climber? The same question for shoulder tap, would puting my right hand on my left shoulder be one of the shoulder taps? Or would taping my left and right shoulder once be one of the two shoulders taps the program shows?

      Ark13, unless the specific exercise states otherwise, a rep is the movement for one side. For example, if the instructions says ‘20 mountain climbers’ then you would do 10 reps for each the right and left. Does that make sense?
