    push-up into back extension

    I'm on day 10 of Cardio/Trim.

    A little unsure of how to do the last bit in the circuit: 10 push-up into back extension + 10 count back extension hold

    Is the idea to do one back extension after each push-up and then after all 10 are done go right into 10 second hold?

    Or is it to do 10 push-ups in a row and then a 10 second hold?

    Or is the idea that each individual push-up should go right into a back extension with a 10 second hold?

    Any tips would be much appreciated.
