It would depend on your level of physical ability. Would not recommend for instance, someone out of shape trying hard training. Best to go into the filter for workouts or programs and find what is appropriate.

Hi BrunoCruz & Welcome to the Hive.
A good place to start is the manual.
Then the fitness test gives you an overall idea how you fit in the programs/workouts.
And finally here is How to pick a program.
Since you want to build muscle it will be one of the ones that say 'strength & tone' in the focus column.
Now you just have to stick to it and maybe another 4 to 5 30 day programs and you will see muscle growing fast.
You can do the programs without an extra rest day, they are made with built-in easier days for that reason.
And do not forget to eat your proteins.
