Push up into back extension + back extension hold

    Hello
In program cardio trim, day 10, there is a exercise named "10 push up into back extension + 10-count back extension hold"
How is it meant to be done?
At the lowest position of "push up into back extension " count to 10, push up and repeat it 10 times ?

I would suggest: Plank-> lower yourself till you lay on your belly->back extension (count to 10)->push up into plank.
    Wash, rinse, repeat.
I think you had it right.

I do not agree, my understanding is

[Plank--> lower yourself till you lay on your belly->back extension (about a second)] do it nine times
Do ita time but hold the extension for 10 seconds.

        Otherwise it should say:
10 push up into 10-count back extension hold"

          HellYeah
So 10x diver pushups and 1x 10-count hold in the end. That could explain the brackets around the hold. Sounds reasonable. But why is there a plus sign between the two excercises and not just 10 times this and one time that? '+' signs are usually used in combos. So it's 10 times a combo and once a hold?!

My understanding of the workout is the same as HellYeah's, but I agree the phrasing may be a little confusing here. We'll see if another team member comes forward with a better explanation.

Billy Longin the correct sequence is push up > back extension 10 times. Then at the end of that you do one back extension which you hold for 10 seconds. We do need to work a little more on that particular description and thank you for asking the question here.
