    Military Fit Day 8 questions

    Hi all,
    On day 8, at the top of the poster, the instructions are to do a clapping push up every 10 seconds. Not sure what this means, any thoughts? (I.e. every 10 seconds of the 2 min rest, every 10 seconds for a minute before each set; every 10 seconds throughout the workout-j/k that’s probably not possible)

    ​​​​​​Unless I'm mistaken, I read it as 1 clapping push up for each 10 seconds of the 6 exercises. So, ten seconds into the climbers taps, for example, drop and do a push up; 20 seconds in, another one; and so on.🙂.

    On the other hand, 🤔...

    It may not be the original intention, but there's something to be said for doing 1 clapping push up each 10 seconds of the rest period instead. It would certainly keep the heart rate up during the rest period.

    Why not try 1 set each way and do the remaining sets in whichever way is more challenging, engaging, and fun?
