    Sets in parts of workouts and following days of program

    I have two questions
    First, there are parts in workouts of "cardio trim" and sets written at the top of second part. Does it mean that I should complete first part once and then repeat second parts as many times as many sets there are written?
    ​​Second, Should I complete days of program day after day or take breaks?

    1) Each day of cardio trim has two workouts as you have seen. Do the Part I, and then the Part II.
    I did this program, and it's rewarding (and demanding!!) trying to collect the trophies.

    2) The program has been designed to do day after day, but if you need adjust it to your needs (work, suidies, ...life).
    If you're worried about the rest days, have a look each 4th day, there is an active rest day, where Cardio Trim asks to do a doable challenge.
