    Is there a suggested day of the week to start a program?

    I plan on starting the Foundation Light program and following each day with the workout of the day. I am wondering though, if I should wait for a certain day of the week to line the two up?

            I love Mondays to start something new but I know that NOW is always the best time!

              Agreed with CaptainCanuck - it doesn't matter. Whatever day fits your schedule best.

              I'm the complete opposite to Ryuu2020 - Mondays (used to be) my busiest day so I always left it until another day of the week.
