    New here needs your help

Hallo everyone! I'm new here so i want your help. I was going on a gym for 4 months, but i have stopped 4 months now. On the test i am on level 2. I am focusing on upper body and abs. I was thinking about TOTAL ABS program combined with something else. Which is your opinion? Thanks for your time! Have a nice day!
    P.S sorry for bad English.

Hey redpirate welcome to Darebee and no need to apologise for your English, it is very good!

What you have planned sounds perfect.

You can use this guide: https://darebee.com/pick-a-program.html

To help you pick a programme. You sound like you're in pretty good condition, so I'm sure you would be very capable of doing Level 3 programmes.

Of course, you don't have to do a programme at all: there are thousands of workouts that you can filter in a lot of different ways:

    https://darebee.com/filter#sort=position&sortdir=desc

And a lot of good information on how to get the best out of the site, here: https://darebee.com/fitness.html

You can also start a check-in thread to record your progress. What language do you speak? While most of Darebee is in English there are bees who speak many languages here and if you have an issue it's pretty likely you will be able to find help by posting a question in your first language.

    Have a great day.

I'm sorry, i have a last question. If i start for example the gladiator training plan. The 1st day says "strength workout" . I found a lot of them here. Is better to do the same strength workout every week the 1st day or is better to change the workout every time? Thank you!

I'm not an expert, redpirate, just a member here, so maybe you will get more expert advice in time, but I would say that you should choose a strength workout that you enjoy and that suits your ability level - use the workout filter linked above if you want to search for them - and change them as you feel you need or want to. I have seen it suggested here that the best "plan" for exercise is the one that you will enjoy and, because you enjoy it, keep coming back to it and get a consistent habit going.

Questions are why the Hive - and the Helpdesk - is here!

I hope you find a plan that works for you: Total Abs and 30 Days of Gravity sound a great mix, I wish you well with them!

              Just leaving an opinion here.....
Some people that follow one of the plans, usually choose four/five workouts and change every time. Different exercises with the same goal.
