    Three plans during month.

Hello. I need your help so my question is: Is it good to do three plans during all month?

I mean doing Guardian Plan (general fitness) at first week, Gladiator at week 2 (strenght and tone), Asassin at week 3 (weight loss/streamline), then repeat it.

I'm 24 yo, my height is 188 cm and weight 80 kg. I'd like to get muscles and burn some calories (I'm slim, but I have a little belly).

    MrFlawless21, welcome to the Hive!

As far as I know, training routine should be changed approximately every 4-6 weeks at best. Thus, doing three plans in a month wouldn't be as beneficial as doing each for 1-1,5 months.

If you have 3 months I would take a look at the programs: how to pick a program
30-day programs are better structured over long distances than individual workouts and there are several people who use them the same even if they don't train every day

Is it good to train every day? I thought that muscles need rest so I'm sceptical about doing 30 day programme, but maybe change my mind.

And if it's okay, for example, can I do strenght & tone programme first month, then skip to weight loss & streamline next month?

Yes, all programs are structured so as to have days of "active rest", that is, days in which you train but in a lighter way, in that way you recover.

Yes, I always do it so as not to get bored and it works well, in this way the body never just settles down to do things it already knows

I started with the single workouts done on alternate days, after trying the programs I wouldn't go back, they are done better and they work better as a workout

I also want to add that your body is your best guide. Resting is crucial but how much and how often depends on a lot of thinks.
My best time when working out at a gym was when I resting once every two weaks or so (by doing only cardio) for about a month and than training only 3 or 4 times on the follwing weak and repeating.
It did work like that for me at that specific time and probably woudn't work now for several reasons.
Pay attention to your body: take breaks when you are feeling fatigue and track your progress over the course of time.
