Programs to do in a crammed space

    Hi everyone!

I'm back to Darebee and looking to make use of the quarantine.
Since last being active here, I moved to an apartment so I don't have the freedom I was used to having.

What program would be suitable for a crammed space and sensible neighbours? (For example I think high knees would be too noisy for my downstairs neighbour). Thanks in advance for your advice.

    Gafi, hello there

From my point of view, Spartan Trials, Back and Core, Strength protocol are ideal. What's more, you may check a collection of silent workouts and pick a few you like.

I've been doing Cardio Go! and Core Strength in my room. There's a few days with knee highs in Cardio Go! notably, but for the most part this seems to be very apartment friendly.

Of ones I've done in the past, however... Back and Core, Total Abs, Power Up!, and 30 Days of Yoga all easily qualify. If you have a set of dumbbells, you could make a case for Ironborn being an option as well. Got a pull up bar? Maybe 30 Days of Strength too (when I did this, I modified them to be Australian pull-ups and used my bed frame for it). There's probably others, but I can at least attest to these personally.

Thanks to both of you! I looked through the things you were suggesting and decided to go ahead with Power Up! for the moment, but will keep the others in mind too

Power up is evilly hard for something which requires so little space/noise/equipment. I think you made an awesome choice.
