    Documenting Program Progress

    Hi All,

I was hoping to get best practices on documenting progress of Program Workouts. I have tried printing the workouts and checking off what I completed, but that gets messy. I tried checking off the completed workouts on-line, but when I revisit the page my data is lost. What are ways that you find the best to track your progress and access the day's workout? I appreciate your responses! thanks!

tomgoral, try using a small notebook where you right down the date, the workout completed, your current program's day and everything you'd like to. Various fitness diary apps could be useful in this role too, just check App Store/Google Play.

Or you may just start a check-in thread here.

Personally, I start a check-in thread in Darebee. The 'likes' and the interaction with others really motivates me to do it all again every day. You might be a bit different, though. I've been checking in for about a year now.

Best of luck on your journey!

I also started a check in thread and I really do like it. Great way to keep yourself on track. But of course there are other options. In the past I played around with note taking apps as Google docs or Evernote. A friend of mine has a white board on his wall...
