I want to lose weight and gain endurance. I wasn't exercising for a time and I thought I should go easy so I started with "Zero Hero" program but it feels like it is not enough. I'm at day 17 and I'm indecisive about what to do. Should I finish it before starting to a new program or just ditch it and go for "90 Days of Action" or "30 Days of HIIT" or would you suggest another program? What do you say?
