    Altered carbon workout

    I want to ask for exerxice as plank rotations of this workout,we do just 10 at one side,or we split it for both sides at a way.
    I have the simiral question for the rise leg plank hold

    All numbers are in total. So that would be 5 left, 5 right. How you do it is up to you, you can do 5 left first and then 5 right - or you can do left-right-left-right-....

      A few questions.

      I'm doing climbers instead of crunches and side plank (up and down) instead of sitting twists (all this changes motivated by back pain).

      What do you think? Is it a good change? What do you recommend me?

        gesglum, the replacemente is motivate by physical "limitation".
        In my opinion, you did good choice.
        Moreover you can find here a chart that show esercise working on same muscle group. I think that you can find it usueful
