    60 day cardio?

    I've started this program after a long time off, but was thinking of doing it every other day splitting it with my weight training routine. Would that work or would I be better to do this every day aswell as my weight routine every other day which I was planning on working upto?

    The one that works best for you is fine
    I feel comfortable training every day and I do some cardio after weight training and I feel good

      Cheers, am looking to building up to doing them both together so may just do light cardio cool down for first couple of weeks and then integrate them once I'm feeling comfortable enough to do them fully

        It seems to me an excellent idea, for my experience doing some cardio after weight training is fine, just don't overdo it
