    Is the rest between exercises 30 seconds?

    20 "Single leg high jumps", so it is 10 per side, right?

    1 side first? Or alternate?

    for your first question: Yes. It is between each group of 20 - 10 repetitions of the exercise
    for your second question: I would say yes, but you can choose to do 1 extra set to spread out 60 jumps

      Because usually is up to 2 minutes.
      Like in the strength protocol in which you have up to 2 minutes, but it is not written so you may think that you have 20 seconds, that is the rest between sets.

        Yes it is. For example you do: 20jumps /30 sec rest/...../5th time 20jumps/30sec rest/20 squats.....

        The rest times follow each set so you have 30sec rest between the exercises aswell.

        1 more set doesn't really matter here Stick with 10 per side.
