    I don’t know wut am I sayin

Should a skinny 15 year-old teen gain weight before starting working out( because I have an idea that thin people with muscle still don’t look so fit)

    Welcome to the HIVE!

The short answer? No. Just ensure you have a proper nutrition plan before you start to ensure you are building muscle and not fat. No bulking and cutting required.

Diet should be paired with training. There are no standard* reasons to avoid workout, even if you are trying to gain mass.
If you have a diet plan, such a plan should consider all your behaviours. In the case that it do not consider workout activities, it should be modified to manage them.

standard* = considering an ideal person who have no health problems

You should only avoid exercise if a medical professional tells you to.
For example my father just had a triple bypass. An operation that requires among other thing having your sternum cut on half and your ribs pulled apart.
The day after he was sitting on a chair and then day following that he was walking around the hospital corridors with a nurse.
So really the answer is almost never should you avoid working out.
