Counting abs reps when changing leg (example day 3 of Boxer Prime)

Hi Team, first of all congrats on this amazing project!

Just found out of it while researching all last weekend on workouts and programs on the internet to do at home because of the lockdown we are suffering in Madrid regarding the Corona Virus.

I started the Boxer Prime program (Level II), and today was day three concentrated in abs and had a doubt.

When counting reps of all the second exercise of each row (second column, attached pic), one rep counts after doing both legs, or one rep is one movement of one leg and then second rep the other movement with the other leg and so on.

    Thanks and keep it up!!

It's the second one: one rep is one movement of one leg and then second rep the other movement with the other leg and so on
