    Always Lvl 3?

    Hey all!

    When do you move to the next program? Do you first finish a particular program in lvl3 for every day? When do you guys "allow" yourselves to wear the badge? Let me know if there's already a post.. Thx!

    Personally, I think moving on after completing all days of a program at level 3 is prudent. Other DAREBEE opinions may differ. But fitness is a marathon, not a sprint ... so why rush?

    You can edit your profile to have any badge you want, however I think it best to complete the program first at any level before adding the badge. There is some information here. You can always track your progress in your training log and BlackButler usually keeps a keen eye on it and will send you a nice surprise when you complete a program.

      You can do a program at level III each one of the days. or lower leves if you can't reach the third. Nobody will judge you.

      If you enjoyed a program, why don't do it again? If you think you haven't earned the badge, then re-do it again. Go for it!! If you want try a different kind of program (i.g. strenght instead yoga), do it.

        I'm glad I don't need to do level 3 to "earn" completion -- level 1 is enough some days, either due to mental or physical exhaustion.

          I usually shoot for level three but it still counts if I can only do level 1. If I make it through all days of a program, I claim the badge with pride. My only guideline is to do the best I can.
