    Hi, meenamonu957 and Welcome to the Hive. This site is mainly dedicated to calisthenics (moving your body around) Caius pointed out the workouts and programs where weights are moved around. Maybe you also want to take a look at other resources like exrx.net that are more into weight training.

    There are tons of exercises you can do with dumbbells at home. For your back, you can do dumbbell rows, which will help with back thickness and width. For biceps you can do regular bicep curls, incline curls, or grab one of the rods and do barbell curls. For shoulders you can do shoulder press, lateral raises, bent-over rear delt raises, and upright rows. For chest you can do Dumbbell bench press or dumbbell incline press. You could also do some flies to really isolate the chest.. For triceps you can do standing tricep extensions, skull crushers, or tricep kickbacks. And last but not least, for legs you can do weighted lunges, squats, goblet squats, jump squats, jumping lunges, calf raises, or split squats using a elevated platform.
