    Wondering what to do next

    Im going to be finishing foundation soon, and im starting to wonder what i should aim for next. My goal is to look trimmer and more toned than i have in the past. Totally vain of me, but im really happy with the changes ive already seen and want to keep driving myself to be fitter and stronger

    How about taking a look at the list of programs and seeing if something inspires you? (how to pick a program)
    I have more fun choosing a program that at that moment inspires me rather than one that could be useful, but it is my personal taste and it helps me to keep motivation by doing things that I like

      thanks for the advice, i think im going to give the cardio trim a go, and mix in some other stuff aswell, try the daily dares and maybe pick another challenge

        I try to balance the program I am doing with one or more challenges and I am happy with it on Darebee there is so much choice and it gives me satisfaction to create my training a bit

          I started at the bottom (Foundation Light and Totals, and will be moving on to Baseline), and also choose a workout or two that I do for a whole week, swapping between upper body, lower, abs, and cardio. Then I throw in a few Challenges as well, and, of course, the DD.
          Of course, I've already recommended Paws!

            the totals program looks good to me aswell, so im going to give that a shot aswell, see if i can do two programs at the same time
