    Hand Eye Coordination

Are there any workouts available in the darebee database to improve hand eye coordination?

It depends what you mean by hand to eye coordination.

Hand to eye coordination is not necessarily one skill. A juggler needs it as does a baseball player as does a biathlete, but they are used in different contexts. Something like shoulder taps or alternating plank reaches are basic applications of HTE. If you are looking for something more advanced, Darebee might not have what you are looking for necessarily, though you can get by with some cheap alternatives. An agility training ball combined with high knees or march steps is going to be a good workout with some HTE thrown in.

Though I would say that catching is a specific subset of HTE. A lot of HTE deals with how well you use your hands, so for instance two pieces of rope and some knot tying tutorials will be effective as well.

Deadman , Have a look into this article. Maybe training with weapons could help to improve that coordination (and some more skills). It's only a suggestion.

A quick search on the web brought me some entries with "fun hand-eye coordination games to improve your movement"

I agree with CaptainCanuck. It depends on what you mean and what specific type you are looking for, if any.

There are a couple Darebee workouts that target coordination in general. This one is pretty challenging, and this one is nice and fun as well. You will be able to find more if you search the database.

If you are looking for "hand eye coordination" in sports or martial arts, a lot of time it will involve speed thus muscles strength. The rest then would be specific skills and practice.
