When will the new programs be released?

I'm almost done with all the difficulty level III programs and I'm not quite fit enough to do any level IV ones. Are there any new level III ones coming up? If so when will they be released. Pleeeeeeeeaaase I need them and wouldn't know what to do without them.

You can repeat the lvl3 programs.

About new programs, It seems that in a few days there will be a new one. I don't know which level it is, but I bet for a 3.

As kandy said, you can repeat again and again the programs that are avaiable. If you're focusing in a goal, do the ones that help you to reach it. ...or do all of them just to do them. It's your choice.

Just a comment more. You can "do harder" the programs you have already done. You can short rest times, increase/decresse speed of execution (depending your goals and type of program), increassing weights (dumbbells in Ironborn, or ankle/wrist/vest in others), ...etc. The option of add sets and/or repetitions, should be made by someone who has enough knoweledges in this matter.

Thanks for the suggestions Cabriel and kandy but the main reason I couldn't stick to a workout plan before Darebee was because I got bored really fast and gave up. When I found Darebee it was like my exercise heaven so many different and interesting programs .

I hate repetitive things and that's why I wasn't very excited to do the programs that I did all over again.

I think I got too spoiled.

I will probably go back to the programs that I did and increase their difficulty level. It will be interesting to see how much I have improved over a year.

        Love you Darebee

Maybe another one of the themed weeks? Or a combination of challenges? Or a Lv 1 or 2 with modifications to make it harder to do (high impact instead of low impact, weights...)?
