    What should be next program for me?

    First i start with spartan:
    spartan-trials.pdf

    it was nice. NOw for 28 days, i am doing military-fit:
    Military Fit
    it was hard for some days. I could only do level 1 of some days but it was nice.

    I want to go for parkour but for now, i need to strength my body. For example i could not carry myself with hands in the ground.(i forgot the name of the exercise)

    BUt i dont want to use fitness equipments.

    I go everyday to gym in the lunch time while i am hungry so i am enjoing it.

    Should i go for military fit plus or military fit again?

    I want to be strong, i want to be able to carry a thing longer. I dont want my body to go bigger.

    If you liked a program and did it at lv 1 you can certainly try to do it again at a higher level Maybe take a look at Strength Protocol as well.

      Strength Protocol seems nice.

      I did some days of military fit as level 3 (like the exercises without triceps extension or dips), but level 3 for the exercises which require mostly running skills or fists. So i dont know if i am suitable.

        Consider that Strength protocol has a specific requirement (i.e. at least 30 push-ups in one go).

        If you do not have this requirement you could consider 30 days of Strengh if you can use a pull up bar and you can do at least 4-5 pull up

        On the othr side there is 30 days of Gravity that is "strenght requirements" are lower than the previous ones

          I looked for the pdf for 2-3 days https://darebee.com/pdf/programs/strength-protocol.pdf i can do 3 sets of pushups , each one at least 20. also diamond pushups same, upward dog,bakcifsts, squats, climbers,crunches are not problem but for example for tricep extensions, i can only do 4-5 for each set, maybe less. So should i work only for tricep because i think my tricep is weak. Or that program will strengt there? In military fit, there is only one or two triceps etension exercises. Sometimes , after day workout finished, i also worked for tricep with daumbells.. BUt still it is weak i think i think it that because cant do tricep extensions

            i could do 7 sets only first set all of 30 seconds. then i did 15 seconds all.

            because 30 pushups were really hard.

            So, what should i do? My breath is enopugh i think but arms are weak.

                  If it inspires you why not try it? You will understand for yourself if it's okay and always keep in mind that you can do it again to improve
                  I like to change, I find it more stimulating and I always follow inspiration because it helps me keep motivation high

                      30* push ups
                      * short breaks are ok

                      For example if i do day 9 everyday , my arms will be stronger
                      Think better in two or three days weekly. Let rest muscles.
                      ...or change every day you train your upper body if you want. There are a large collection of workouts (all levels) to strengthen it.

                          It is a workout that I really like because it is dynamic, I recommend you start with weights that you can easily use to learn the movements well, then you can increase

                            I decided to start iron https://darebee.com/programs/ironborn-program.html today. IT excited me. i will do in 2 hours.

                            I need something like this to make my arms stronger. I hope i dont lose my strength and stamina because military fit and spartan trials made me really strong so that i couldo do 100 squats lunges without resting. But in that ironborn, there are rests between sets. no supersets.

                            I love supersets but they dont growth me or strength me . i hope i am not thinking wrong?

                              Follow the program and choose the weights that are good for you for each exercise and everything will be fine
