    Addon bar for military fit?

    Here we can see addonbars

    For example it shows for 30. day some bar exercises: 1 pull-up, chin-up, leg raises and raises

    So, both bars and other exercises will be done together?

    The add-on exercise on the bar must be performed only on the specific day described in the table.


    there are 10 celhs and every cells corrisponds to the specif day that is written in the left upper angle

    For example, if you do the program at level 2 day one, you have to add at the end to you workout 2 set x (1 pull up, 1 chin up, 10 leg raise, 10 knee raise), day 3 2 x (2 pull up, 2 chin up, 5 leg raise, 5 knee raise), etc...

    all the exercise in a cell is a set and you should perform them in one row.

      but is not it too much exercises if we add also bars? NOw i am at day 30. AFter normal day 30 last exercise which is 30 count squat hold, without rest it suggests me to do 1 pull up chipn up legraises and raises. then up to 2 minutes rest between sets? but addonbars exercise page says 3 sets but day 30 says level 3 is 10 sets.

      So after 10 sets, should i move to bars workout or only for last 3 sets?

      And what is raises? it only shows knee raises, leg raises, but not alone raises. Raises is the last exercise of day 30 addonbar

        Just think of the bar addon like an additional workout you perform on the indicated days.
        So the 10 sets for level 3 are for the military fit workout and the 3 sets are for the bar addon workout.

            That seems a mistake when the program was printed. The two options are "leg raises" or "knee raises". Seeing the ten days, my bet are the "knee raises" ... tagging the team to confirm it or not.
