    Callisto

    I really like Callisto, because it includes several of the PT exercises I was taught to help with my bulging discs and hip pain. I'm not really sure I'm doing it right though. With the donkey kicks, the punches, the plank with rotations, and basically, anything that uses both arms or legs...should I e doing all the reps on EACH side? Or is the number of reps in total, so half on each side?

    The number of reps is the total, so it would be half on each side.
