    First, it depends on your fitness level. If lvl1 feels hard, then you will need to go for the option of doing both. It also depends on your goal. If you just want to level up your fitness and are okay with Military Fit lvl2, I will suggest doing just the one program.

    If you really want to do both because they give different benefits then go for it, but you might also want to check out individual yoga or stretching workouts so that you can do Military lvl2 only but also work on those other things.

    Not knowing much about your current condition, but knowing Military Fit is a top level program? If it were me? I would go with Level 1 of Military Fit and add the 30 Days of Yoga. You’ll need the yoga to balance out that work!🥴 Good luck!😎

    as the title asks, i am wondering what can be more productive for me, doing the lvl 1 military it with the another program of simply up the lvl of the main program. suggestions?
