    Road to 10k

    I can run 2K everyday in 9mins,I want to improve my endurance and pace and also be able to run 10K on a daily basis,is there a program that would help me with that?

    P.S. I dont have access to an incline.

    There's no program needed. 2 km at 9:00 is a good time. Start running 3-4 km. Then 6 km. Slow down, get the distance in, try to run 20 minutes, then 40 minutes.

    We don't know about what your fitness is outside your one time/distance. You can experiment and try new things. But you can just run further and have success.
