Recommend me a new program, fellow Bees

I need help finding a program to do next, like the title says. Originally, Age of Pandora was planned (to make myself like High Knees) but it looks like I'm going to start an internship in about a month so I'd really like to do a 30-day program instead. The thing is, for some time I have difficulties choosing one myself so this time I hope some of you have good recommendations for me. You can see below my avatar which programs I've already completed, so here are some goals and preferences as best as I can describe and define them (I'm bad at this):

    Goals:
    - My main goal currently is toning and tightening up my body. My torso's pretty good right now (slightly visible abs even!) but my thighs still look a bit like cottage cheese and my upper arms are still flabby (thanks, unfair body fat distribution). I know that I can't pinpoint body parts with training, but I want to generally get more toned
    - In the long term, I want to build muscle. On the way into my 40s I want to look like the strong and fit aunt I never had but wish I had (I also want to be a bit of a role model to my 16-year old nephew in that regard)
    - General fitness (we all want that, right?)

    Preferences & Dislikes:
    - I like strength training and kind of dislike cardio, but recognise the importance of it and therefore am willing to do cardio regardless. However, I'm not prepared to go out for a run, because of a strong dislike of the outside (so no 30 Days of Change for me)
    - My favourite exercises are combat moves, bridges, lunges, march steps, all things abs, half jacks and (more or less) push-ups (although my max reps with real push-ups currently stagnates at eleven)
    - I'm bad at leaving my comfort zone and pushing myself, but I want to work on that. I have to admit, Fighter's Codex looks intimidating to me. There, I've said it.
    - I think I can do Level 2 and 3 programs. On Level 2 I only have Cardio Go, Power Up and Zero Hero left, and to be honest, I'm in the mood for neither. So I'm probably looking for something on level 3.
    - Even though I hate High Knees, I'm more than willing to do a program featuring them. I want to like them, after all.
    - I have adjustable dumb-bells, but no pull-up bar (and nothing in the neighbourhood to substitute for it. Playgrounds here have been stripped down to only benches in the past years).

I think that's pretty much everything. I don't have any injuries and even though my left hip and elbow, as well as my shoulders, crack sickeningly whenever I do something with them, they're pretty much all right. So no worries there. I'll probably do Age of Pandora after my internship.

I hope all of that helps and I'm excited to read your recommendations, or maybe just your favourite programs you really want me to do because you absolutely love them. By the way, I currently have all the time in the world, so the length of the workouts isn't an issue.
    Thanks for reading!

I'll put in a vote for some of my favorite programs! I loved Age of Pandora. For 30 days programs, I liked:
Spartan Trials! - Focus on strength and tone, "warrior spirit", it's got combat moves and ab work and you'll be able to make use of your dumbbells as well.
Or, Ironborn if you want to look strong and fit. Plus, it's just fun. I enjoy the strength training programs and kind of dislike cardio too so I actually looked forward to exercising with this program. Also, I have arm muscles now, which increased my motivation a lot.

I second Spartan Trials. Or Cardio Trim, which has both cardio (high knees there) and strength, and abs.

You can add a cardio challenge if you do Spartan Trials, or a lowerbody strength one if you do Cardio Trim, which doesn't seem to have anything like squats in it.

Spartan trials is a fair choise, but if you are short for time i'll look into strength protocol, it's fairly quick but also challenging

Thanks for all your replies! So, with four votes in four posts for Spartan Trials, that's going to be my next program. Had planned on starting today, but felt a bit under the weather, hope I can get to it tomorrow.

Thank you, Pseudonymravid, Nevetharine, kandy and Ryuji

I know you have already chosen to go through with the Spartan Trials Program, but I really recommend doing the Strength Protocol program as well. It covers all areas of your body and gives it a nice muscular look to it! I know that from experience

Also I recommend pairing Strength Protocol with Power Cardio. It is Very challenging, but the results will not only satisfy you, but give you beach confidence!!!

I wish you well Nihopaloa with your new 30 Day adventure, keep my suggestion in mind please!

P.S. I hope your nephew gets inspired by your fitness!
