    Preparation for Strength Protocol

    Hi, I am looking for some suggestions or ideas.
    Story: Last year I quit smoking, gained weight. Quite a lot.
    During last two months I lost 8 kg (88 to 80kg, 170cm). 16 : 8 fast, salsa dancing, and 30 days of gravity(mostly 1-2 level, some days (leg) 3 plius level). Program I finished in two months (because of dancing days).
    Now I really want to do Cardio Trim, and next one will be Strength Protocol. But I am weak in the upper body, I can do 20 push ups in one go. So the question is: can you suggest some workouts/programs/ challenges to add to cardio trim, so I can build some strength for adequate performance for Strength Protocol?

    Use the workout filter and filter in for upper body. I like Callisto, Minotaur and Paladin.

      That being said, Cardio Trim does have a lot of days with push-ups to failure. It will definitely help you to build upper body strength on its own. Maybe you don't really need to add something on top, eqo .

      And congratulations for quitting smoking and your recent weight loss!

        So tried couple additional workouts in addition to cardio trim. Somehow it didn't feel right Decided to push myself more on cardio trim, do bonus credit, additional sets aaaand I am buying pull up bar. I know I can't do any pull ups, but during cardio trim on legs days I am going to do dead hangs, negative pull ups, leg rises Until I can do some true pull ups
