    Meal Plan Clarification

    I’m starting the abs meal plan. I need to know if, for example, I am supposed to measure a half cup of eggs before or after cooking. Same thing with rice, pasta, etc. Hopefully I can get a concise answer based on whoever implemented this program. I stay motivated when I’m doing things correctly.

    All measurements are for cooked food.

      Thanks! Trying to cook in advance, cold food is bearable if it’s for a good cause.

        I think for most grains 1/3 cup raw is 1 cup cooked. I usually count 2 medium eggs as 1 cup.
