    Boxer tendon strength

    A question about Boxer tendon strength workout.

    I am not sure about the correct interpretation of 3th exercise, i.e. slow motion come up.

    How must it be performed?

    I read it as take 10sec to move from base to full extension.

      That's absolutely correct. In other words, it's a single slow motion push-up, starting from the bottom position.

        thanks Io6 and Redline! It's also my interpretation, but putting a question is better than doing a not correct workout
