    Best stretching routine for grapplers??

    Hey bees so my club just started a new wrestling class on Tuesdays and it fits into my routine nicely but I need to get more flexible.
    What would be the best stretching routine that I can use from this site? Preferably not a long, complicated one. Thanks

    From Darebee I like Farpoint and Superhero, Fold and Body Flow. You don't have to do the whole workout. I take elements and try to make sure that everything that can bend, roll and twist has had a stretch.
    Don't forget your neck.

      Stretches shouldn't be complicated but you can always take time to get a good stretch. If you're grappling and wrestling and getting on the ground, I strongly suggest stretching your shoulders, hips, back, and neck the most. You can't do much with your neck but it's always helpful. Your shoulders are most likely to be the ones getting injured from poor technique or poor luck. Stretch those well.

        I did some Systema once and a couple of rolls forwards and backwards are always a good warmup
