    Eating in totals or regular intervals for HIIT and abs

    So in the Focus Abs meal plan it says to eat 6 micro meals, but in one of the darebee articles it says the body uses totals and not to worry about when you eat. So if I use 30 days of HIIT to work my way to "30 days of HIIT Advanced", can I use Modern Hero Mealplan with 30 days HIIT advanced and still get abdominal definition? I am thinking of using Modern Hero cause it gives the body what it needs whereas Focus-Abs has some people here saying it's bad for you if used for more than 2 months (Also, why does 30 days of hiit say to use Focus-Abs when the meal plan says you need to do 30+ minutes of working out while some of the days are only 6 minutes of exercise?)
