    Starter Pack

    Looking to get back into daily exercise, as well as dietary modification, and have a question on Starter Pack.

    After reading the description and the instructions, I just don’t understand how the exercises are to be done. Are you supposed to do each group of 3 exercises then rest 5 times then go to the next or, do the entire sequence of 9 exercises then rest 5 times?

    Perhaps I’m just being dense, but I can see how it could be done either way.

    I think you're supposed to do each group of 3 and rest five times, then move on to the next. It's a little different from the setup of a lot of DB workouts, so you're not unreasonable in being a little confused.

      Exactly as Kanary said. It is basically three mini circuits.

      Do cardio x 5 then strength x 5 and finally core x5
