    January Challenge

    Hey guys,

    not very often, but i have a question about the new Januar challenge. Iam a little confused, what iam supposed to do:

    1. Do one exercise for 1min each day
    2. Do the current exercise for 1min + all of the past exercises for 1min (for example on day 3: day 1+ day 2 + day 3)

    I firmly believe that it's the first case. While I can see why you would interpret the meaning like you did in the second case, I think the wording is (more or less) clear.
    Also, on day 2 it already wouldn't be "1 minute cardio" any more. I think the last sentence on the bottom
    All within 30 days, one minute at a time.
    clarifies a little more, as well.

      thought so too, but a second opinion is always a good choice. Thanks for info with day 2. Now i can follow my plan and do all in one workout
