    New to DAREBEE-Need help choosing program

    Hey everyone! My name is Chris. I am new to DAREBEE. I currently work out 3-4 times a week using weights at my local YMCA. I want to start doing something in the morning to add an extra workout and maybe some extra cardio. What program does everyone recommend as the first one to do or maybe their favorite program to do? Thanks for all the input.

    First, it's quite difficult to give you a very good suggestion on the basis of few information, which you give us.
    However, since you want to use as "add-on" and should be cardio, I think that a good solution is 30 Days of HIIT.
    It's a cardio program based on Hiit protocol and its workouts last 15-20 minutes.

      Cardio go, if you arent used to doing a lot of cardio.

        I am still new enough to Darebee and have been experimenting a lot with various workouts. The Crawler is pretty fun though hard.

          CaptAmerica2009 ... first off, welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.

          Your first Program - if you are 'healthy' enough (I'm guessing you are) - should be The Foundation Program.
          Yeah, it's mostly "easy" stuff.
          You may discover, within the first week or so, that there's been a muscle group you've been forgetting to work on.
          Maybe you should plan on including more work there in the future?
          Else, take the lead from CaptainCanuck and set up a group of focused Workouts to do in rotation.
